Anderson's Victorian House B&B

Situated near the base of the Sandia Mountains, ANDERSON'S VICTORIAN HOUSE offers the best of Albuquerque. Far enough away from the city to ensure quiet, yet close enough for quick access to the local attractions, ANDERSON'S VICTORIAN HOUSE gives you that sense of home even when you're traveling. Located on an acre of land with extensive gardens, you'll enjoy the mountain vistas and city views from every corner. Don't forget to keep an eye out for the variety of birds that visit the many bird feeders in the yard. And be sure to notice the antiques and items from around the world that fill the house. The house embraces you in its comfort. Large windows let in the sunshine or let you watch our summer thunderstorms roll in over the mountains. And when the rain ends, you'll most likely see a rainbow arc its colors across your view through the glass. Or enjoy a winter storm from the warmth of the living room. Two miles to the east you can enjoy the world's longest tram to the top of the Sandia Crest, or one of the several hiking trails that meander through the mountain and into the Cibola National Forest. Enjoy skiing (in season), biking, golf, or tennis nearby. The hostess will be happy to direct you to Old Town, the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, the Rio Grande Nature Center, or the other local sights. ANDERSON VICTORIAN HOUSE is a convenient base for day trips to Santa Fe, Bosque Del Apache, White Sands National Monument, Acoma, and the numerous Indian pueblos and villages of New Mexico.
