- Cancellations:
To cancel, re-schedule or shorten your reservation, regardless of the reason, we need to hear from you no later than four-teen(14) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. A book -keeping fee of $35 applies to all cancellations and changes. Please note that should you need to cancel or change the dates less than four-teen (14) days prior to your scheduled arrival date we shall make every effort to re-rent your room.
