| The Five Continents Bed and Breakfast, circa 1895, is a lovely and quiet respite located only six blocks from the French Quarter in downtown New Orleans. The residence preserves and radiates the atmosphere of the late 1800's with its original details, double parlors with original crystal chandeliers and ceiling rosettes, high coved ceilings surrounded with a delicate plaster shell motif, full height pocket parlors doors, original millwork and hardware, and eight original granite fireplaces with ornate tile hearths. The original outbuildings, a milkhouse and a carriagehouse/barn, remain on the property. |

| GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS |
| The guestrooms are upstairs and furnished with American and European antiques. They have 12 foot ceilings, handmade Oriental rugs, air conditioning and heating,and cable TV. The baths have original cast iron clawfoot tubs and showerheads. For guests' convenience, outside the rooms in the hall there is an honor bar stocked with sodas, fruit juice and bottled water. |

| The European Suite |
| The European Suite is a luxurious two room suite encompassing approximately 700 square feet of the upstair living space. Original mantles adorn both the sitting room and the bedroom and European art work and antiques complete the old world atmosphere. French doors lead onto the private balcony overlooking the Esplanade. The oversized batroom boasts antique ceramic tiles and a clawfoot tub with shower. This suite is ideal for special occasions and its spaciousness allows longstaying guests plenty of ro om and comfort. |

| The Asian Suite |
| The Asian Suite is a cozy butluxurious suite donein a soft blue to complement the luxurious chinese rugs and art work. The bedroom is dominated by a queen size brass and metal bed piled high with down pillows on top of a down comforter and Matlese coverlet. A gilt trumeau mirror completes the elegant atmosphere. The sitting room has access to the rear gallery. |

| The Eurasian Suite |
| The Eurasian Suite is a spacious 600 square foot suite with connecting bedrooms and private bath. It is fully furnished with American and European antiques from the 19th and 20th centuries. 12 foot ceiling and highly polished hardwood floors complete the luxury. Artwork from the Middle East and Africa complement the lush green walls. The Eurasian Suite is well suited for two single persons traveling together or a family. It has access to the rear gallery overlooking the courtyard. |

The spacious private bathroom is Neoclassical in style. It is finished in black and white and 24 carat gold. |
| Regular room rate is $160.00 per night. For single occupant the rate is $145.00. Add $25.00 per person for addition guests. There is a 2 night minimum during regular season. Special Events carry a 4 or 5 night minimum with double occupancy rate of $225.00 per night and single occupancy at $200.00 per night. |

| DIRECTIONS TO PROPERTY |
| Follow I-10 east toward New Orleans central business district. Watch the I-10 east signs - about 13 miles from the airport you have to take a right turn to stay on I-10 because it is looping into downtown New Orleans. Take the Esplanade Avenue exit. Get in the left lane immediately to take a left at the first light; which is Esplanade Avenue. Go up two blocks we are on the right a dark brown two story house with white columns. (No signs) address is over the front door. You may park in front of the house or in front of the courtyard gates and ring the door bell. |

| Mardi Gras and Jazzfest guests must cancel one month before the arrival date. |
| Smoking allowed outside on balconies/galleries only. |
| Pets are limited to under 10lbs. $50.00 deposit required. |
| No childcare or cribs provided. |

| Consumption of alcohol is permitted. |
| Deposit Amount Required: Equal to one night room rent and is non-refundable. |
| Minimum stay required. 2 nights, 4-5 nights for special events. |
| Check In time is 3 pm and Check Out time is 12 pm. |
| Cancellation Policy -The first night is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, a gift certificate may be issued in the amount of any other payments made. No cash or credit refunds will be issued unless the room(s)cancelled can be rebooked at the same terms. A $50.00 cancellation fee may apply. |
