| Over four acres surround our early 1800's farmhouse. There are places to sit and enjoy the out of doors. The property offers a chance to see birds (and other wildlife if your timing is right). |

A charming fireplaced living room, screened porch and sitting room with TV/VCR, microwave, refrigerator and phone, all offer relaxation for guests. Warm hospitality and many heirlooms and our resident dog, Snickers, offer a home-like atmosphere. Homemade breakfasts feature both traditional and unique favorites as well as outstanding baked goods made by Linda. |

| Directions to property: DIRECTIONS TO DIANTHA'S GARDEN B & B FROM EAST OR WEST ON MASS TURNPIKE (ROUTE 90) Take Exit 3. At light at the end of ramp, turn left (North) on Rt. 10. Travel 7.4 miles to Pomeroy Meadow Road, turn left, go 0.5 mi. to Wolcott Road. Take a left onto Wolcott , 0.2 mi. up hill, second house on right. FROM ROUTE 91 NORTH Two choices: (1) Take Exit 14 to Mass Turnpike and proceed as above. (2) Take Exit 15 (Ingleside), at the end of ramp, turn left at light. Get in right lane and g o to second light (Homestead Ave.), turn right. Follow Homestead to first traffic light (Route 202), turn left. Proceed for 4.2 miles to the second traffic light (Route 10). Go right (North) for 3.9 miles, to Pomeroy Meadow Road (on left). Turn left and follow Pomeroy Meadow for 0.5 mi. to Wolcott Road. Left onWolcott, 0.2 mi. up hill, third house on right. FROM ROUTE 91 SOUTH Take Exit 18, turn left at end of ramp (Rt. 5 North). Follow signs to Route 10 (you will bear left once and turn left once). Turn left, (South) onto Rt. 10. Go 7.7 miles, through Easthampton and into Southampton, to Pomeroy Meadow Road. Turn right on Pomeroy Meadow, 0.5 mi. to Wolcott. Left on Wolcott, 0.2 mi. up hill, second house on right. FROM NORTHAMPTON - At Academy of Music g o South on Rt. 10, approx. 8 miles to Pomeroy Meadow Road and continue as above. |
