Fairchild House Bed and Breakfast
One of New Orleans architectural treasures, Fairchild House was established in 1991 in the 1841 Greek Revival home and two adjacent guesthouses. Situated among the picturesque oaks of the Lower Garden District, the bed and breakfast is located seventeen blocks from the French Quarter and twelve blocks from the Convention Center. The nine rooms of Fairchild House, each with private bath/shower, are decorated in an elegant antique setting, evoking the Victorian period.

Stay in the left lane and follow sign for BUSINESS WEST - WESTBANK. Take the CARONDELET - ST. CHARLES AVE. exit. There is no number on this exit. You will come to a traffic light at the foot of the ramp, go across the light and stay to your right lane. Second light you come to ST. CHARLES AVE. make a right turn and stay to your left lane. Take a left turn on EUTERPE (Burger King at corner), go one block on Euterpe, turn left on PRYTANIA, go 1 1/2 blocks, see FAIRCHILD HOUSE on the right.
FROM THE WEST ON I-10 (From Baton Rouge and Airport) Follow signs for NEW ORLEANS BUSINESS DISTRICT. Stay in the middle lane, pass exit 234A, DO NOT EXIT ON CLAIBORNE. Follow signs for BUSINESS WEST-WESTBANK. Take the CARONDELET-ST. CHARLES AVE. exit. Please inform us of an estimated arrival time. Guests needing to check in after 10 pm need to call us at least 4 days prior to the arrival date.
