| ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE: As your hosts, we'll welcome you with refreshments on arrival between 4:00 and 6:00 o'clock in the evening. If you will be arriving earlier or later, please call to ensure your reservation. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. |

| RESERVATIONS: Reservations will be confirmed by credit card for the first night's lodging. Full payment is due upon arrival. If not cancelled 72 hours prior to stated arrival time, deposit is non-refundable. |

| VICTORIA'S ATTRACTIONS: Deep sea fishing in the Gulf is 30 miles away. Golfing, biking, boating, nature hiking, and frequent local festivals are great attractions in the Victoria area. We're situated in an expansive historic preservation area with more than 200 homes and businesses listed. Though Victoria is a bustling, growing community, it turns quiet when the sun goes down. However, it has its share of cultural activities with a symphony, community theater and ballet. |
