| Gavins Point B&B is a newly constructed structure on an old site. It snuggles into the hillside overlooking beautiful Lewis and Clark Lake, which now covers the historic Missouri River Trail of the famed namesake expedition. Being in an historic area and the close proximity to Lewis and Clark Recreation Area makes Gavins Point B&B an exciting place in which to spend some time. The five rooms with private baths suggest privacy, while the comfy sitting areas, hot tub/exercise room boasts of hospitality. Slip into our world of hills, trees, flowers, sky, water, wildlife, and peaceful surroundings and escape from the busy and hectic schedule of reality for a short time. A feature of Gavins Point B&B is its proximity to nature. If you choose to actively enjoy nature you can use the many miles of state park system for hiking or biking. You may wish to take a short hike to the observation shelter atop Gavins Point for a breath taking panoramic view of Lewis and Clark Lake, the Nebraska Bluffs to the south, Gavins Point Dam to the east, and miles of water to the west. If you wish to quietly observe nature you can sit on the front patio, sit in the orchard, sit in the flower garden or saunter down to the lakes edge. The quietness and solitude of Gavin s Point B&B makes our yard a haven for birds of all kinds. A special treat in winter is to observe close at hand the majestic bald eagles who choose to spend a few weeks wintering in the Gavins Point area. As you enjoy the beauty of nature at Gavins Poi nt B&B you may be inclined to let your mind wander to the thought that you may be enjoying the same things that Lewis and Clark wrote about in their journals, only 192 years later. |

| INNKEEPERS RAY AND DEE WILLARD |

| Ray and Dee Willard created Gavins Point B&B with hospitality, serenity, and the peacefulness of nature of its focus. Following Ray and Dee's retirement from successful careers in public education and cosmetology, they have set out to develop a masterpiece of peace and quiet they would like to share with others. Between and with guests Dee will be developing her hobbies of painting and pottery while Ray will be reading, making wine or building something. |

| French doors add a special flavor and make this room handicap accessible. This room has a queen size bed and is located in the original house built by the Mc Donald family. The coziness of the original house, private bath, table, and reading chair amkes this room a comfortable spot. |
