Welcome to the Governor's House Bed and Breakfast, a four story brick Victorian mansion, built to be the New York State capital. Nestled among its wooded landscape, the mansion represents one of the finest examples of Federal style architecture of that era and displays one of the few true mansard roofs in the state. |

| Downstairs there are two parlors, dining room and a fully stocked Guest Pantry, with homemade cakes, hot and cold beverages, and munchies. There is a microwave, refrigerator and sink for the guests convenience. |

Wicker furniture abounds on the porches, gazebo and gardens. A wooded area is home to deer, rabbits, and wild turkey. A large variety of birds make their home in the numerous bird houses around the grounds. Enjoy a restful minute, inside or outside the Governor's House Bed and Breakfast. |
