| An elegant gourmet breakfast is served on weekends and a healthy continental breakfast is served on weekdays. Breakfast is served in the dining room, looking onto the courtyard and spa, on an antique table elegantly set with fine silver and china. As our only guests, you set the time and we will meet your schedule. |
| If you prefer to enjoy beautiful Southern California weather, your breakfast can be served in the courtyard. |

| ACCOMMODATION |
| The large suite includes a separate office, a sitting room, a bedroom and a private bath. |

| The ensuite sitting room with fireplace and comfortable furnishings is a great place to meet clients and maybe relax prior to having dinner or lunch at one of the many restaurants within walking distance. The mini-fridge is stocked with complimentary soft beverages as well as nice wine that awaits your arrival. |

| The separate office features a spacious oak desk with plenty of file space, phone with your own private line and answering machine and private fax in the office. |

| In the bedroom, you will enjoy the most comfortable bed you will ever sleep on! The four-poster bed is one-of-a-kind, king sized and so cozy that you will probably oversleep. There is plenty of dresser space, cable TV good reading lamps and just a warm feeling of belonging. |

| Your private bath features hand painted sinks and Italian marble. If you forgot something, you'll probably find it at Kennebec Corner. |
