| The Lombardi Farm B&B 1st floor (hadicapped accessed room) has a queen-sized handmade canopy bed. There is an antique claw-foot round oak table and wicker furniture for lounging. The sliding glass doors lead to a private deck and wheel chair ramp. The deck affords complete privacy, surrounded by trees and woods, many guests like to have their first cup of morning coffee or tea in their pajamas on the comfortable deck chairs, before they join the other guests in the Florida Room for their four course gourmet breakfast. |

The Lombardi Farm Love-Bird Room. Beautiful birds adorn this over-sized room. Birds are on the wallpaper, on the bookshelves and in the ornamental cages. Four large windows overlook the pastures and afford a peaceful view for all four seasons, springtime flowers, summer trees loaded with apples, autumn maples burst with reds and yellow and wintertime scenes are twinkly white with snow. King-sized bed. Niagara massage and heat easy-chair. |

| The Lincoln Room has a king-sized bed with brass headboard, brass side tables as well as an antique table and chair set for relaxing and reading. There is a full bath with tub and shower, loaded bookshelves and writing desk as well as an antique dressing table set. The drapes are custom-made smocked bordered for that perfect touch to this lovely country room. |
