The Parsonage on the Green is located in the downtown historic section of the Village of Lee, MA. It is situated on the village green, immediately adjacent to the First Congregational Church. The church is one of the most beautiful and historic buildings in the area and boasts the tallest wooden steeple in New England (some say in all the USA). The Parsonage on the Green was, in fact, the Parsonage for the church until the 1970's when the church sold the property. The Parsonage on the Green, b uilt in 1851, is a three storied modified center-hall Colonial. It sits on a 0.6 acre lot nestled amid the towering evergreens and maples.
