| Rates and minimum stay requirements vary depending on season and time of week. Rates are subject to change without notice. From late June through early September, week long stays are requested (Sat. - Sat.) Shorter stays may be accommodated during Spring, Fall and Winter. Special rates and minimum stay requirements may apply during holiday weekends and special events. |
| Children of the same family, age 18 and under, stay at no additional charge. Extra guest charge is $25 per night or $100 per week. |
| Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit (by check) within 5 days of booking. The balance is due upon arrival. |
| Personal as well as travelers checks are accepted. Full advance payment is requested if a one night reservation is accepted. If cancellation is necessary, a refund of deposit less $25 processing fee will be made provided the entire original booking has been re-rented. |
