| As the foothills rise to become the Santa Catalina mountains on Tucson's northern side, sits a 1940's ranch home seemingly constructed just to welcome special guests. With nearly three acres of beautiful desert, and a small city park next door, convivial country-in-the-city living beckons you to America's great Southwest. The quail and other birds and the round-tailed desert squirrels share this urban oasis with our friendly cats. |

| The American Homestead will transport you to your grandmother's house -- a place of delightful memory and sentimental nostalgia. You'll enjoy the library of books from American writers and the evocations of other times and places the room conjures with its appointments. The Mexican-tiled bath is shared. |
| Castaway Cottage |

| ..& BREAKFAST.. |
| Awake to fresh brewed coffee or a pot of tea. Have some juice or fruit. A classic frittata or a spicy Southwestern variation will be a perfect start to your day. You'll savor these flavors in morning sunlight as it filters onto the Arizona room porch where your meal is served - right outside your room. Later, the spacious living, dining, and game rooms offer relaxing diversions. |
